The project have two constraints 1. Demolition works to the adjoining operational buildings 2. Access Limitation and interfacing with the diaphragm wall construction at North and East face of the T2 building.

As the working area is too large and consist of a lot of different RC Structure such as Building / Flyover/ Link bridge and Architectural Works such as Aluminum Cladding / Roofing. Under such complexity working conditions, we deployed 19 Number Excavator inc. 1 No. 100T Long Arm Excavator for demolition the high level structure works. The demolition work have been proceeded into different method such us By Excavator, By Saw Cut and By Robot too. The major problems in this project is how to manage our site resources 19 unit heavy machine and 40 - 50 numbers of worker executed different trade work at the same time.
